Will Writing & Probate Services

Richard has been writing Will for the general public since 2001 and has trained many financial advisers on the subject of Will & Estate. Richard was a Financial Adviser in the late 90’s and found his interest in Estate Planning.

Richard believes that Will writing is not about the amount of assets you need to accumulate first but it’s about your responsibilities towards your family members. Richard usually starts off with a non-obligatory discussion to understand his client so as to probe the client with different scenarios for them to consider.

Richard has 2 principles when he delivers his works:
– that his client’s Testament Will can be fulfilled; and
– that no one will have a chance to contest the Will drafted by him.

Today, he is a certified trainer under the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) conducting various workshops at various schools, community centers, churches and several companies on the subject of Will Writing.

In addition, he spends time training professionals as Certified Will Planner so that they too can service their clients better.
