To build upon my grandfather’s legacy, I revived the Tai Seng (大成）brand name as Dai Seng Enterprises Pte Ltd in 2024. The company has been importing tea from Fujian and Chaozhou and distributing them under “The Tea Pavilion”（大成茶轩）label.
There are currently seven teas in The Tea Pavilion’s portfolio, one white and six Oolongs: White Peony White Tea, Iron Buddha, Mt Wu Yi Scarlet Robe, Mt Wu Yi Narcissus, Phoenix Shrub Duck Guano Fragrance, Phoenix Shrub Honey Orchid Fragrance and Phoenix Shrub Orchid Fragrance. The tea collection spans a range of flavours from floral fruity to mineral earthy and honey notes.
The local palate would be familiar with the Oolong teas while the white tea would appeal to ladies who prefer light teas with strong floral notes.
